Spending limits and blocks

You can set a monthly spending limit, opt out of wagering, or block yourself from all wagering at our casino. Contact us and we will help you set it up.

Closing your account

Ask us at any time and we close your account straight away, no questions asked. If a payout is still being processed, we finish that first and then close the account. If you change your mind later, we can reopen it.

Self-exclusion

If gambling has become a problem for you, ask us for the self-exclusion form. Once it is completed and returned, your account is closed permanently and will not be reopened, and we remove you from all mailing lists.

Under-age play

Nobody under 18, or the legal age where they live, may open an account or play. Our sign-up uses software that stops under-18s from joining. If you share your computer with young people, keep your login details private, use a filtering tool and never leave children alone at your computer while you are logged in. If you know of an under-age player with an account, let us know right away.
